Here at Happy Meadows Dog Parks we always want you to have fun but to keep you safe we have a few things you should know. Please ensure you understand our Terms & Conditions.  

STRICTLY ONE VEHICLE PER BOOKING

All vehicles are parked at their owner's risk.

No responsibility will be taken by Happy Meadows for damage or injury to property, animals or individuals whilst using the field, equipment or on the property.

 

You MUST check the parks suitability for your dog before you let your dog off lead to enjoy your session. IF you are not happy please leave the park as you found it and contact us immediately.

You will NOT receive a refund for a complaint where you have stayed within the park for more than 50% of your time. 
 

NO smoking on site AT ALL, this includes within the parks and in the car park.

Children MUST be supervised by an adult at all times and must NOT climb or play on the equipment.

 

Dogs should never be left unsupervised and must be watched over at ALL times.

Dogs MUST be fully vaccinated and up to date with their flea and worm treatments. You MUST allow a minimum of 2 weeks before you attend the park after vaccinations. 

Cancellations and late arrivals- NO refunds/rescheduling will be given for not attending your booked session. The cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to your booking. Unfortunately, if you are late for your booking, we will NOT be able to extend your session or offer any form of refund.

Bookings and payments can only be made by using our website and online booking system. Customers will have to enter certain details that will be held by Happy Meadows Dog Park, if you would like more information, please look at our Privacy Policy or contact us here.

Please ensure that before you make a booking or finalise a payment that the persons responsible for the booking fully understands our Terms & Conditions and accepts them at payment.

The person making the booking MUST be present and ensure that everyone attending understands and adheres to the park rules.

Your booking is only confirmed once you've received a confirmation email and payment has been processed.

Please do NOT socialise outside your vehicle before or after your booking.

Please ensure you are back in your vehicle within YOUR sessions allotted time. If you are not out of the park and ready to leave the car park at the end of your session Happy Meadows has the right to request payment for the next session. 

Waste bins are provided please place ALL dog waste and rubbish in the bins & take any personal belongings with you when you leave.

Happy Meadows would like to ensure all dogs have a fun but fair time at the parks, this means you need to be considerate to other users and we ask you to leave site once your booking has ended. Happy Meadows has the right to withdraw permission of use at ANY time.
